The Madison Community Arts Center is three weeks into its biggest Summer Stage Series yet, with 10 free outdoor concerts still ahead on select Friday evenings through Friday, September 18.
The next show is Friday, July 17, featuring a Come Original Showcase with Flying Cars performing from 6 to 6:45 p.m. and The Extensions from 7 to 8 p.m. at 10 Kings Road in downtown Madison.
The 2026 series features 11 total concerts, double the number from prior years, according to the Borough of Madison's official event calendar. The series launched Friday, June 26, with a Come Original Showcase and the Candice Lee Band followed on Friday, July 10.
How to attend
All concerts run from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is free. The Madison Community Arts Center encourages attendees to bring a blanket or lawn chair and pack a picnic or grab dinner from a nearby restaurant before the show.
The MEXI-BOYS Food Truck is stationed outside the venue at each concert, serving Mexican food with vegan options. Craft vendors rotate weekly and have included Grace Ming (multi-media artist), Fairy Hair, Kaitlyn's QC Shop, and Athena's Live Painted Portraits.
The series is rain or shine. If weather turns, concerts move indoors at the Arts Center.
