New Providence residents can donate or take home gently used household goods for free at the borough's annual Freecycle event on Sunday, Sept. 27.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Providence Community Pool parking lot, 1378 Springfield Ave., according to Patch, which reported details from the borough's official 2026 event flyer. Drop-offs end at noon. Browsing continues until 2 p.m.
Accepted items include toys, sports equipment and home goods. Everything must be in working, usable condition. Residents can browse what's available and take whatever they need at no cost.
